For businesses and residential customers, this service offers an alternative to your traditional long distance carrier. To place a call from your home or office, you will dial a local or toll-free access number and then place your long distance/international call
(no need to enter a 10 digit PIN number.) If you call from a telephone number that is not registered for this service, you need to enter your telephone number plus a 4 digit PIN. This service can be billed on pre-paid basis to all customers and on post-paid basis to qualified business customers.
