Use this form to Create a new Prepaid IP Address account, H.323 ID account, or to Add Value to an existing account (IP Address or H.323 ID).

Create an account.

• To create an IP Address account, enter the IP Address of your router, and the dollar amount of the account.
• To create a H.323 ID account enter a combination of four letter and four numbers (eg aaaa1111) and the dollar amount of the account

Recharge an account.

• Enter your IP Addresss and the recharge amount.
• Enter your H.333 ID and the recharge amount.
